About the role We are looking for a Project Manager for the Service & Aftermarket team. The main responsibilities of the position include project and construction management, design of water mist fire protection systems , coordination of the projects, cost control and billing with the Logistics and Finance Department. The position is based in Madrid, and will report to the Service and Aftermarket Manager. Key responsibilities for this position include: Designing fire protection systems, creating project plans and performing hydraulic calculations. Support to the Commercial and Technical department through the preparation of budgets and technical documentation of the project. Creating material requisitions, Bills of Materials (BOM), order tracking, cost control, managing material and equipment delivery Coordination and communication with all project stakeholders, including customers, installers, suppliers and subcontractors for effective project execution Solve technical issues that arise during installation and perform quality control checks to ensure the durability and functionality of installed systems. Complete site operational checklists and site risk assessments. Monitor the projects and update project documentation, providing regular reports to the Manager/Coordinator. Peforming financial follow-up regarding projects, including project billing, weekly forecasts, and month-end closing To be successful in the role you need to have: Project Engineering/Project Management work experience Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office tools and familiarity with ERP systems Motivated personality, ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
