What You'll Do Keep production and packaging equipment running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems, motors, pumps, valves, and HVAC units. Perform hands-on maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Assist with electrical maintenance and repair as needed. Learn and perform PLC troubleshooting as needed. Collaborate with a team of skilled mechanics to ensure machines are operating at peak performance. Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment that meets GMP standards. What You'll Bring 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience - mechanical or electrical Strong mechanical aptitude. High School Diploma or equivalent.
