The ideal candidate will be a construction professional who can effectively manage residential job sites while performing skilled site management and construction work. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction practices from foundation to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the job site to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work.
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Utilize various forms of construction software.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Report to and coordinate regularly with the General Contractor or Project Manager regarding project progress and needs.
Monitor site safety and ensure all workers adhere to company and OSHA safety standards.
Manage material orders and inventory for the site.
