We are seeking someone with extensive experience in the following areas:

Plumbing

Electrical

Sheetrock installation & repair

Plaster & Painting

Carpentry work

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Must have your own tools

Excellent communication and time management

Experience working in residential apartment buildings a must
