Headquartered in Lakewood CO. our paving, seal coating, striping, and concrete crews work all over the front range and beyond. We are looking to grow our paving division and expand more services in our territory.

JOB DESCRIPTION: J & M Commercial Services is looking for a dynamic team member with experience and expertise whose unique ability is in accurate estimates, and relationship building by solving client pavement and concrete problems, and desire to grow our business and team. This position is responsible for meeting with clients, putting together scopes of work to suit their needs and pricing, and ensuring they receive high levels of satisfaction across the process.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate take offs and estimates for all site work including, asphalt paving and concrete
Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are addressed, preparing scopes of work, pricing, and proposals. Ensure the pre-con and construction phases of each project exceed the clients expectations, including submittals, permits, RFIs, and project close out documents.
Meeting with clients on jobsites and ensure quality and satisfaction are upheld and coordinating with operations to assist with any improvements
Ensure all proposals go out timely and leads are closed. Work with leadership to adapt for any improvements needed
Familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements with a focus on site work.
Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects
Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates for clients
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.

Skills & Background:
- Asphalt & Concrete Estimating Experience

- Ability to motivate yourself and problem solve with a sense of urgency and ownership.

- High communication and interpersonal skills

- High self-motivation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Microsoft Office and Bluebeam experience preferred

- Ability to do research and learn our industry quickly and adapt to changing needs

- Keen attention to detail

- Excellent verbal & written communication

- Ability to track and meet tight deadlines

- Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-35.00 per hour
