Apartment maintenance technician//HVAC technician

Maintenance technician/HVAC person needed for full-time work at a 461 unit apartment community in North Dallas. Air conditioners are on the roof and the roofs are about 30 feet tall.Must be a jack of all trades and experienced with apartment maintenance. HVAC, painting, Makeready, electrical, appliances,etc Must have at least five years apartment maintenanceexperience must have your own tools. Must have your own transportation. 40 hour work weeks and On Call approximately one week per month. Must be responsible and reliable. Must have no felonies or serious criminal record. $27 an hour.
