Pay: $20$24/hr
Schedule: Full-time, some weekends
Youll do: Demo/hauling, site clean-up, material runs, basic punch, lift 50+ lbs, follow safety protocols.
Must-have: Reliable transportation, basic hand tools, punctuality. OSHA-10 a plus (well help you get it).
2) Carpenter (Journeyman) Remodeling / Tenant-Fit-Out
Pay: $28$36/hr
Youll do: Framing, doors/trim, drywall set/finish coordination, cabinet/vanity set, punch.
Must-have: 5+ yrs experience, read plans, own tools, clean workmanship. Lead-safe practices a plus.
Nice-to-have: OSHA-10/30, can lead a 23 person crew; bilingual English/Spanish welcome.
