ISO of part-time maintenance/handyman for property upkeep

Were Hiring: Property Maintenance / Handyman

Looking for a reliable, all-around handyman to help keep our properties in great shape! This is a part-time position based in Watertown, SD and work can be done anytime between the hours of 6am-10pm.

What Youll Do
Handle day-to-day repairs in multiple properties and common areas (light plumbing and electrical, wood/millwork, and easy things like tightening cabinetry handles, installing new blinds, etc.)
Work directly with manager to fix maintenance issues
Be accepting of an occasional after-hours emergency

What Were Looking For
Someone handy with tools and basic home repairs
Previous maintenance experience is great, but not required if youve got the skills
Great troubleshooting skills and knowledge to back it
Takes pride in doing tidy, quality work (we want things done right the first time)
Friendly, reliable, and able to communicate well
Must have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and doing physical work when needed
