• Lead planning, design, construction, and maintenance of water distribution infrastructure
• Manage capital projects including planning, bidding, contractor management, and change orders
• Perform subdivision/development design reviews for compliance with District standards
• Conduct hydraulic modeling (InfoWater, EPANET) for system performance evaluations
• Oversee design and construction of tanks, pipelines, and pumping stations
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, internal staff, and regulators
• Provide guidance on project management, scheduling, and cost controls
• Maintain project records and technical reports
• Represent LTWD with developers, contractors, and community stakeholders

• 510 years of municipal civil engineering experience with a focus on water infrastructure and water systems design
• Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline
• Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license (required for Levels IIIV)
• Hands-on project management experience (capital projects, contractors, bidding, change orders)
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling (InfoWater, EPANET)
