Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete projects within budget and schedule guidelines
- Coordinate project team and manage people - including hiring, firing, training, and interviewing
- Attend project review meetings and track job costs for labor, materials, and equipment
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely buyouts
- Ensure job safety requirements are met by superintendents
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Procurement of materials for projects
- Qualification and negotiation of subcontracts
- Strong background in safety protocols
- Ability to estimate, process, and track project change orders

Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
Maximum Salary: $100,000.00
Benefits include vacation leave, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), sick leave, and holiday pay.
