Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete projects within budget and schedule guidelines
• Coordinate project team and manage people - including hiring, firing, training, and interviewing
• Attend project review meetings and track job costs for labor, materials, and equipment
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely buyouts
• Ensure job safety requirements are met by superintendents

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Procurement of materials for projects
• Qualification and negotiation of subcontracts
• Strong background in safety protocols
• Ability to estimate, process, and track project change orders

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
Maximum Salary: $100,000.00

Benefits include vacation leave, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), sick leave, and holiday pay.
