PRODUCTION LABORERMonday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $12.00 per hourESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPerform physically demanding manual labor in a fast-paced production environmentOperate manual equipment and assist with rubber mat production processesRoll heavy rubber mats off the production line and perform trimming as neededConsistently lift up to 50 lbs independently; assist with heavier loads using team lift protocolsFollow all safety procedures and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)Maintain a clean and organized work areaSupport automation processes as implementedJOB REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or GED requiredNo prior experience necessarytraining will be providedMust be capable of safely lifting 75 lbs to ensure ability to meet the 50 lb repetitive lifting requirementMust be in good physical condition with the ability to handle strenuous, repetitive tasksWillingness to perform hard manual labor in a production settingReliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
