SUMMARYTechnicians install and service telephone,security, video, and internet systems, troubleshoot issues, andeducate customers.Important information: Work Type: In-person only(remote work not available).Residency: Applicants must live withindaily commuting distance. No relocation assistance isprovided.Compensation: U.S.-based employment only; pay in U.S.Dollars.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITESComplete all installationsaccording to company and industry standards.Acquire and returnequipment as directed.Maintain tools and vehicles; report anymaintenance issues.Communicate with Dispatch on arrivals,departures, and any delays. Accurately complete daily reports andpaperwork.Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle andimmediately report maintenance issues to the Fleet Manager, ifoperating a company vehicle. Job requires local travel 100% of thetime. Readand interpret operating instructions and procedures.Basic math,computer, and troubleshooting skills.Navigating and adjustingoperating systems. Ability to identify and troubleshoot technicaldifficulties.Manage time effectively and workindependently.EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONSHigh School or GEDpreferred.Requires the successful completion of all pre-employmenttesting, acceptable driving record and active driver's license.Hold a valid driver's license.Be at least 21 years old. Have aminimum of three (3) years of driving history. Maintain anacceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations isrequired. Note: Insurance carriers may review up to seven (7) yearsof driving history to determine eligibility.Must be able toindependently operate a motor vehicle. Due to the sensitive natureof our work inside customers' homes and businesses, all applicantsmust pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Felonyconvictions will result in disqualification.
