Per Se Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of two concurrent interior build-out projects as part of our growing Design/Build Interiors team. Responsibilities
The pay range for this role is $60-65/hr . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Lead the design/build process including early programming, budgeting, and design coordination.
- Oversee MEP coordination, procurement, schedules, and subcontractor management.
- Manage multiple project timelines concurrently, ensuring each stays on track with milestone deliverables.
- Lead weekly OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings, issue meeting minutes, and manage action items.
Preferred Skills and Expertise ?
- 510 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management, preferably in a design/build environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex commercial interiors projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience with manufacturing environments and/or high-design office interiors is strongly preferred.
