HVAC Apprentice

As an Apprentice HVAC Technician, you'll be trained to support and perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on safety, sustainability, and precision. You'll assist in load calculations, duct layout, equipment installation, and residential commissioning, all while learning how to make homes healthier and more energy-efficient. Responsibilities: Assist lead technicians on job sites for HVAC system installations and service. Bonus points if you are BPI or NATE certified, or plan to be; have experience with tools, building trades, or mechanical systems; value diversity, environmental sustainability, and continuous learning - we believe in hiring for potential!
