Construction Superintendent

Superintendent - Class A Office Interiors Role Overview: We are seeking aSuperintendentto oversee the day-to-day operations of high-end commercial interior construction projects. This role is critical for ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site activities for Class A office interiors projects, including subcontractors, schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of project plans. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and building codes. Resolve issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Maintain accurate daily logs, track project progress, and report updates to leadership. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment on-site. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors (Class A office interiors highly preferred). Proven ability to lead subcontractor teams and deliver complex build-outs within tight timelines. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and project scheduling tools.
