Job Description:
Drive and operate heavy equipment.
Assume responsibility for proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
Perform pre and post safety checklists.
Observe and obey all
traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle.
Operate loaders, excavators, dozer (material handling/grading).
Experience with hydraulic sheers, screeners and hoe-rams.
Maintaining and operating various types of heavy
construction and demolition equipment such as dozers, excavators, backhoes,
loaders, rollers/compactors, trenchers, trucks/tractor
forklifts in a safe and efficient manner and adjust equipment as necessary.
This position will perform other field related functions as assigned by
superintendent or foreman.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current Operators License. Clean driving record. 5 years of general civil construction experience preferred. High School
Diploma or equivalent. **May assist other craft workers.
Additional Requirements:
CTI is a Drug-Free Workplace - Must pass pre-hire drug screen.
Must possess valid driver's license.
Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
