Datacenter Construction Superintendent

Join a nationally recognized construction firm as a Datacenter Construction Superintendent leading high-profile data center projects. Project locations include Dallas, TX, Columbus OH, and Reston, VA. Preference given to candidates open to travel to various locations, but client will consider local and relocating candidates as well. In this critical leadership role, you'll coordinate project staffing, manage field execution strategies, and support safety, quality, and scheduling excellence across multiple job sites.

responsibilities:

Coordinate Superintendent and foreman assignments with Operations leadership.

Manage field labor allocation including hiring, transfers, and layoffs.

Support Superintendents throughout project execution phases.

Review and align project schedules with field leadership to meet ROJ (Required On Job) milestones.

Document and address field issues impacting scope, schedule, or cost.

Oversee and guide field teams in QA/QC and Safety program implementation.

Identify and manage self-perform opportunities and performance.

Maintain the Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).

Oversee ReCAP performance reviews and succession planning for tradespeople.

Provide support in project pursuit planning, logistics, and estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of progressive field experience in commercial construction.
  
  
• Proven leadership in high-complexity projects, preferably data centers.
  
  
• Proven communication and team leadership abilities.
  
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, SharePoint, and resource planning tools.
  
  
• Ability to travel 50%+ and work independently in fast-paced environments.
