Position Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician
Wage: $37.05/hour

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Electro-Mechanical Technician at a company in Appleton, WI. This is a direct hire position available across all three shifts. Apply today!
Electro-Mechanical Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and adjust manufacturing equipment in the plant consisting of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, servo and PC systems
Requirements for Electro-Mechanical Technician:
-Successful completion of Electro-Mechanical Technology program at an accredited school preferred
- Maintenance skills in electronics, mechanical or electromechanical device repair
- Working knowledge of motor controls, programmable control logic & input and output
- Understand loom control systems: HP200, BK600, BK800
- Welding/Brazing skillset
- Versed in TPM principals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot AC & DC drives systems, PLC and electrical controls
- Ability to follow specification, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiple, divide, and measure up to 1/16"
- Ability to use calculate and understand fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions
