LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking an HVAC Mechanic to support its contract to provide facility operations and maintenance located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring, MD. Monday through Friday / 11:00am-8:00pm shift. Hourly Pay Range: $30-38 per hour.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC systems, building automation systems and facility maintenance.
Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
EPA Universal Required. Engineer License preferred. (DC 2nd, DC 3rd or MD 2nd, MD 1st).
Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
