Home construction superintendent

We are a local construction company currently working on new houses and remodels. The position is for a person experienced in all phases of construction and construction management. The candidate must be organized, self motivated and have computer and communication skills.

We use subcontractors for the majority of our work but picking up trash or installing backing and miscellaneous hardware may be required.

Although the majority of tasks involved will be in scheduling and troubleshooting projects, we are seeking a working superintendent, capable of dealing with some tasks without involving subcontractors.
