Now Hiring: Experienced Journeyman Electricians - Whiteland, IN (Solar Project)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking skilled journeyman electricians for an active project in Whiteland, IN. Candidates must have solid experience in commercial electrical work. Solar experience is a strong plus as this job includes solar panel connections and general electrical work.

Scope of Work:

• Connect solar panels to the grid

• Run and terminate wiring systems

• Install and repair electrical fixtures and equipment

• Perform troubleshooting and electrical maintenance as needed

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level electrical experience (5+ years preferred)

• Solar experience preferred, but not required

• Must bring full set of hand tools and PPE

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 is a plus

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and qualified electricians will be considered.
