Where we need you
Assisting in the planning and coordination of capital projects and high priority process improvement pro-jects at all facilities.
Support for 3, 5, and 10-year capital investments
Procures all necessary materials and labor necessary for projects based off the project scope.
Guarantee timelines of project completion are in line with company expectations and goals.
Ensure all projects are performed and executed safely.
Liaison between all project stakeholders and upper management.
Manage own portfolio of projects within the organization.
Support capital improvement projects.
Serve as a resource to production staff in all Departments.
Maintain records of all historical and active process improvements.
Take ownership of the current production processes while looking for innovative new upgrades.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, colleagues, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to colleagues, top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Support company efforts to develop and maintain positive Employee Relations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from accredited four-year college or university in Mechanical or Industri-al Eng
- Zero to three years related experience in a manufacturing setting and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with plastic extrusion (a Plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Preferred)
