The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay Inc is currently hiring for a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and perform maintenance on HVAC systems in the Clearwater, FL area. This service technician position earns $65,000-$150,000/year, based on experience and ability. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

He answered a calling for a huge need in the Tampa, FL market - fairly priced and high-quality residential and commercial heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services. Our vision has never been about simply making money. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN
3+ years of experience (5+ years of experience qualifies for sign-on bonus)
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to serve in the on-call rotation
NATE certified is a plus but not required
