JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview MSA has an opportunity for a Project

Engineer - Public Works at our Rhinelander, WI office. This is a

full-time, salaried position and you will have the opportunity to see,

and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects

you\'ll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the

communities you serve. The work you will do Project management including

project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Client relations Design

of municipal infrastructure projects Assist with mentoring junior

engineering staff Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and

bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory

permits for projects Development of project funding packages with

assistance from funding staff Shared learning in a collaborative work

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills & Knowledge / Education &

Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

required 4+ years of civil engineering experience in a consulting firm

required PE required in Wisconsin Previous client liaison and project

management experience or a desire to step into that role is required
