Cable Technician

One of TEKsystems clients is seeking a cable technician in the Raritan NJ area to work on their Johnson & Johnson campus installing category cable. This individual will be working with a team updated the cat6 cable and installing new wireless access points. Skills Cable, Cat6, Cable installation, Install, Cable puller, Structured cabling, Low voltage, Telecommunication, Wireless access point Additional Skills & Qualifications Top skills required 1.) The candidate must be able to pull category able on ladders 2.) The candidate must be able terminate cable (if not learn how to do so) 3.) The candidate does not need OSHA 30 but must be able to pass background . 4.) The candidate must be able to work professionally with others and in a customer facing role. Professionalism Slight flexibility to work overtime if and when needed. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Experience Level Entry Level
