We are seeking a full-time Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience in luxury single-family residential project management. Additional experience in hospitality and commercial sectors is a plus. This position will lead projects, report directly to studio leadership, and oversee Intermediate and Junior Designers. Candidates should possess strong modeling and rendering skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage high-end residential projects with demonstrated experience in single-family residential work.
Understand the client's needs and those of the people using the building, develop design concepts in consultation with clients, and establish final project briefs.
Demonstrate working knowledge of light frame construction and a general working knowledge of current home building best practices.
Has experience and feels comfortable communicating with high-end clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of the project.
Develop and review design and construction documents.
Develop and manage all phases of the design/documentation process.
Produce and present client presentations.
Develop, model, and render design concepts.
Mentor and train junior project team members.
Position Requirements:
Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
7+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design (should be able to showcase finished/built work).
Revit competency is required.
Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the Minneapolis area.
Enjoys and has experience managing small teams and collaborating with other talented professionals.
