What You'll Do Pick & Pack with Precision: Select merchandise accurately from designated zones. Label & Load: Ensure all cartons are properly labeled and ready for shipment. Prioritize Quality :Identify and report damaged goods before they reach customers. Keep It Moving: Transport completed orders to shipping areas efficiently. Achieve Goals :Meet productivity and quality standards consistently. Support Your Team: Be dependable, focused, and collaborative every shift. Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Help keep the workspace organized and hazard-free. What You Bring Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stay active throughout your shift. Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Clear communication skills and a commitment to safety. Necessary Skills Forklift or pallet jack experience Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems Power Equipment Certification Flexibility to work overtime when needed Why Join?
