The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, assisting in the construction of precast wall panels used for commercial buildings. The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm/5 pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Construct wall panel forms using 2x4s with tools such as hammers, tape measures, and saws. Pour concrete using a crane system and install rebar. Polish and finish concrete panels. Install hooks into dried concrete panels and prepare them for transportation. Essential Skills At least 6 months of construction experience in any trade. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Experience in masonry, concrete, landscaping, carpentry, or roofing. Ability to read commercial blueprints is advantageous. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong work ethic is essential.
