Maintenance Technician $80K Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the successful upkeep of building infrastructure through troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment. This role will involve working collaboratively with a team to maintain structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, heat pumps, and cooling towers. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, heat pumps, and cooling towers. Conduct facility inspections and equipment condition assessments to determine necessary modifications. Perform repair work and replace refrigeration systems such as walk-in freezers and coolers. Collaborate with a team of repair technicians as well as project and facility manager. Essential Skills Experience with HVAC service, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnosis. Proficiency in working with electromechanical equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience in refrigeration system repair and replacement. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
