Your Responsibilities: PerformMIG welding, electric or robotic welding equipment in the fabrication ofparts, to be used in the assembly of product lines to create a highquality finished product. Components may be standardized or customizedas to design and function. Read and interpret blueprints, technicaldrawings, and work instructions to meet project specifications. Inspect,measure, and test completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safetystandards. Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in excellentworking condition. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meetdeadlines and maintain efficiency. Follow all safety guidelines andregulations to ensure a safe work environment. What We\'re Looking For:Experience: 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing orindustrial setting (preferred). Education/Certifications: High Schooldiploma or equivalent, welding certification or working towardsapprenticeship or certification is a plus. Skills: Understanding ofwelding fundamentals, basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment, abilityto read and interpret blueprints. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions.Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in every weld.
