Project Manager - HVAC/MEP Denver, CO (Hybrid) $140K-$170K + Bonus + Full Benefits We're expanding our Colorado operations and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex HVAC and MEP projects across industrial and commercial sectors. From life sciences buildings and data centers to advanced manufacturing facilities-you'll play a key role in shaping high-performance spaces. What You'll Be Doing: Manage HVAC/MEP projects from design through construction Oversee scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and field coordination Lead internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution Communicate clearly with clients, engineers, and stakeholders Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality Deliver sustainable systems that meet today's energy standards What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing HVAC or MEP projects (design, estimating, and execution) Strong leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field Passion for high-efficiency building systems and sustainability Join a mission-driven team at the forefront of engineering and construction innovation-let's build something impactful.
