This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite at our Salt Lake City, UT office. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead and coordinate all phases of complex residential projects-from concept through construction-ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with client goals. - Serve as a trusted technical expert, confidently presenting to clients and guiding them through design and documentation decisions. - Provide clear direction and supervision to design and production teams, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and code-compliant. -Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and internal teams to develop and implement appropriate strategies and technical solutions. - Perform in-depth quality control reviews - Mentor staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback.
