Frame-to-Finish Carpenter Carpenter Qualifications Approximately 5 years of custom carpentry experience including framing, envelope, and trim install Experience with remodel and new build projects Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings and other structures Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record Must have full selection of tools to perform the work High level of accuracy and pride in your craft Ability to lift 50lbs Site Lead Hammer & Hand is seeking a site lead to join its Seattle team. Successful candidates are goal-driven, organized, outside-the-box problem solvers with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a team and at least 10 years of experience. Site Lead Qualifications Approximately 10 years of construction and carpentry experience

Approximately 5 years in an on-site project management role

Experience with high-end residential remodels and new build projects

Experience managing high-end commercial TI projects

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

Must have full selection of tools to perform the work

High level of accuracy and pride in your craft

Ability to lift 50lbs

Self-motivated and able to motivate others

Well developed computer skills, including cloud based project management tools. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience with cutting-edge building practices and high performance building.
