Hire for 2 positions.
-Crew leaders with deck building experience with a deck building company. $40-$45 per hour with $50+ potential.
-Someone with experience driving truck and trailers. Duties would be delivering trailers and materials to crews, loading and unloading materials for jobs. Cleaning up jobsites after crews are finished and helping demolition of decks. Some deck building will be done and potential to work your way up to high paid deck builder. Starting pay $21-24 per hour.

As of now, we don't offer health insurance but we plan on changing that.
We install decks with helical pier footings. That means no need to dig 4ft deep holes. We eliminated the worst part about deck building.
No hard hats or construction education necessary.
We supply all tools except pouches and basic hand tools.
Weekends are NEVER mandatory but incentive pay if you would like to.
Winter work is optional. We do have it available if you want to work. It will be reduced hours if we have cold snaps of single digit days.

-Must be able to work 40hr weeks
-Must have own reliable transportation
-Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, such as framing lumber.
-Must have valid ID's for employment paperwork
-Must be able to communicate with foreman
-Must follow safety guidelines
