Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small team of construction professionals in the erection of steel structures.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate site logistics, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine project plans and execution strategies.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate project delays.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction or structural steel industry.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising small teams.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.

- Experience in welding and fabrication.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
