As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for the spray application of various aerospace paints on diverse substrates and product configurations. This includes setting up and applying primers and finish coats for commercial aircraft. Your role will involve supporting operations such as masking, racking, turning, and sanding, alongside maintaining equipment and mixing paints. Responsibilities Perform spray or brush applications of alodine, primers, or finish coatings according to engineering planning. Mix ingredients to create specific finishes as per requirements. Conduct masking, racking, turning, and sanding operations. Maintain equipment and oversee paint mixing operations. Select and apply paint based on engineering planning documents. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in aircraft painting required. Must have experience applying topcoat finishes. Experience with Boeing aircraft is preferred. Work Schedule Must be flexible on shift Must be willing to work 50-60+ hours per week if necessary Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $45.00/hr.
