Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Boston team as a Project Architect. You will be a pivotal contributor to help build a culture within our Page offices.

Page is looking for a project architect responsible for the leadership and technical execution of healthcare projects.

Plan, schedule, lead, conduct, and coordinate work related to healthcare projects of varying scope

Work collaboratively in-person and virtually in a cross-office and cross-discipline environment to deliver projects

Balance competing interests of planning, design, and technical requirements to achieve project objectives

Ensure project compliance with applicable codes

Project internal staff needs and create workplans for internal team members

Assist the Project Director in developing, maintaining, and achieving project financial targets

Promote technologies and methodologies to create innovative approaches and improve technical quality of work product; keep abreast of new technologies, changes in building codes, and advances in the industry

Actively participate in business development activities such as soliciting clients and attending networking events and conferences

Mentor junior staff; assist in the development of future architects

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent

At least four (4) years of related experience

Registered Architect preferred

Knowledge of architectural practice, and building, healthcare and life safety codes

Technical knowledge of building assemblies

Basic understanding of medical terminology and medical space planning

Strong ability to use Revit software

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
