Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical HVAC components.
- Perform maintenance and service on furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand/power tools.
- Travel to residential job sites and communicate with dispatch to maintain scheduling.
- Troubleshoot system issues, source replacement parts, and calibrate equipment per manufacturer specs.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and repair options.
- Document equipment details (make, model, serial, fuel type, measurements, photos).
- Maintain company vehicle and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper stock of tools and parts.
- Generate accurate invoices and present pricing per company standards.
- Identify and recommend system upgrades or home comfort improvements.
