C&M Shade Corp. is a family-owned small business that manufactures and distributes custom window treatments in Fairfield, NJ. We are seeking full-time employees for factory positions to assist in the fabrication of roller shades.
Responsibilities may include:
-Measuring and cutting textile and aluminum materials
-Assembling and mounting product components
-Labeling, packaging, and shipping products
-General assembly and labor tasks
No previous experience required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, should be able to use a tape measure, and be motivated to learn new skills.
