POSITION PURPOSE
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and overseeing buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is functional. This position will perform maintenance, safety and supervisory tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment within the facilities.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance and one (1) year in supervision
- Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other building systems
- Ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization
- Keen attention to details and efficient problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, written and oral.
- Computer experience, specifically Excel
- Planning skills are a plus
- Must be able to pass the forklift certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for delegating and overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of both the interior and exterior areas of the facility
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed
- Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
- Maintain day to day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance work orders
- Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Prepare facilities for changing/adverse weather conditions
- Collaborate with management on budgeting for facilities needs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to see, and speak, hear, write, and understand English.
- Able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
- Capable of standing, stooping, bending, and walking for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull upwards of 50lbs
WORKING HOURS: MonFri. 6:45am -3:30+pm with 30-minute meal break.
Additional hours as required to meet production demands
