Daily Responsibilities:

• Install and repair shingle, tile, metal, or flat roofing
• Perform siding work as needed
• Ensure safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork on every project
• Read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Required Skills:

• Experience in caulking, wood framing, and gutter installation
• Proficiency in door installation, vinyl siding, and cement work
• Knowledge of PVC, waterproofing, and cabinet installation
• Ability to work with crown molding, EPDM rubber, and construction sales
• Experience with scope development, scaffolding, and siding projects
