Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a focus on corporate interiors and workplace design. This role requires an intermediate level of experience, ranging from 3 to 18 years, in creating construction documents and detailing. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as is experience in commercial interior projects. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction documents for corporate interior projects.
• Utilize Revit software to create accurate and efficient designs.
• Collaborate with the Cleveland team on diverse architectural projects.
• Engage in space planning, furniture, finishes, and equipment selection.
• Participate in project teams typically consisting of 2-4 members.
• Provide real-time feedback and support to fellow team members.

• Intermediate experience in architectural design (3-18 years).
• Proficiency in Revit software.
• Expertise in construction documents and detailing.
• Experience in corporate interiors and workplace design.

• Professional Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial interior projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
