Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Carpenter with proven experience in residential renovations and general carpentry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. From framing to finishing, you will play a key role in executing high-quality work and upholding our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install frameworks, structures, and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and drywall
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
- Collaborate with tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work and ensure timely project completion
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, Director of Operations, and other team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years of professional carpentry experience
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work in varying conditions
Working Conditions:
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Hours may vary depending on project needs
