Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated laborer with at least one year of experience working on construction job sites. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ability to read a tape measure is required. Applicants should be comfortable working at heights up to 10 feet and operating scissor lifts. OSHA 10 certification is preferred, but we are open to candidates willing to obtain it.
**Responsibilities**
+ Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors.
+ Remove or seal off old insulation following safety procedures.
+ Fit insulation around obstructions and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
+ Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed and methods of installation based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
+ Apply, remove, and repair insulation, thermal and fire, on industrial and domestic equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems.
+ Select appropriate insulation materials based on their heat retaining or excluding characteristics.
+ Seal or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with covers of metallic or other materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience on construction job sites
+ Valid driver's license
+ Reliable transportation
+ Ability to read a tape measure
+ Comfortable working at heights up to 10 feet
+ Experience with scissor lifts
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain one

**Work Environment**

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
