An established industrial manufacturer is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to lead structural and mechanical design projects. Ideal candidates have experience in tanks, silos, and/or conveyors, but we're also open to professionals from industrial, structural, or heavy manufacturing backgrounds.

  • Mentor and guide team members with clear KPIs and project goals

  • Run engineering meetings and support internal collaboration across teams

  • Join customer calls and provide conceptual models during early discovery

  • Support quoting and estimation with pre-engineering input

  • Occasionally attend job sites or industry tradeshows (light travel)

  • Participate in strategic planning and leadership meetings

  • Help build engineering standards that align with safety codes (IBC, ASME, OSHA)

What We're Looking For:
  • 10+ years of experience in structural or mechanical project engineering

  • Background in tanks, silos, conveyors, or related industrial storage

  • Proficiency in CREO 3D modeling and RISA 3D structural analysis

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE or SE)

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Structural Engineering

Why Join Us?
  • Family-owned company with full in-house design, manufacturing & shipping

  • Collaborative and team-first culture

  • Onsite 4.5-day workweek (Fridays off at noon)

  • Bonuses for volunteer work and extra effort

  • Health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, paid time off, and more

  • Real impact in a growing company that values innovation and integrity
