Roofing Field Coordiantor

The Field Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact on the construction site, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Responsibilities include overseeing safety measures, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project progress. This position is full-time, requiring on-site presence throughout the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Providing guidance to subcontractors and on-site direction
• Comprehending project plans, specifications, and schedules
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring completion of tasks
• Managing documentation and participating in meetings
• Supervising material logistics and procurement
• Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and management to address issues
• Handling change orders and ensuring compensation for additional work
• Coordinating with inspectors and consultants

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a superintendent or senior foreman
• Knowledge of single ply roofing is advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in utilizing technology
• Thorough understanding of construction plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet production targets
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• OSHA 30 Hour, lift operator, crane rigger, First Aid/CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them

Compensation:
