Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team and support the seamless execution of construction projects. This role involves managing project documentation, assisting in project administration, and contributing to the implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bid forms, proposals, and all other necessary bid documentation.
  • Assist with change orders and maintain organized job files.
  • Maintain plan approvals and prepare permit applications.
  • Prepare, communicate, and log all pertinent project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other documents.
  • Assist in job close-out procedures and assemble and distribute Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company best practices.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction, project coordination, and project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control.
  • Knowledge of RFIs, bidding processes, and contractor coordination.
  • 2-3 years of construction coordination experience.
  • Understanding of Construction General Contractor processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with a General Contractor is beneficial.
  • Self-driven and ambitious.
  • Strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
