Join Our Team as a Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through completion.
- Coordinate with project manager, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, materials list and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
- Resolve project challenges efficiently and proactively.
- Be very familiar with providing layout for foundations, framing through to finishes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex foundation systems and shoring systems.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Strong understanding of residential construction.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. ACC Build, MS Project, Excel etc).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with high-end residential projects with proven exposure to complex foundations.
- Past experience in building custom homes with budgets over $10m.
