Project Manager

We area fast growing company looking to add an Underground Site Utilities / Plumbing Project Manager.

- This opportunity is ideal for some one looking for long term employment.
- You will be responsible for managing multiple jobs at a time from $500,000-$10,000,000 jobs.
- Manage start up of projects and follow through to completion.
- Directing and controlling projects in every detail from communication, cost, scheduling, quality control, safety, change orders, contracts, contract changes, submittals, ordering of materials, purchase orders and much more.

**Requires the ability to work well and communicate with others and represent our company well to the clients.

Qualifications
-Must have onsite underground construction experience
-Have the ability to direct and coordinate jobs
-Be able to read plans for underground
-Prepare and submit change orders
-Be proficient in Microsoft Work and Excel
-Willingness to learn and be familiar with Procore, Plan Hub and other construction sites
-Be able to communicate with the employees in the field as well as our clients we are working for
- Be able to adapt well and must be a self starter
