The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.

Basic Skills:

• Proficiency in calculating various measurements, including area, circumference, and volume.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  
• Dedication to delivering high-quality work in a safe and timely manner.
  
• Ability to interpret documents and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  
• Excellent time management and self-motivation.
  
• Computer skills, especially with QuickBooks.
  
  Basic Job Duties:
  
  
• Cultivate profitable sales growth through scheduled appointments.
  
• Foster relationships with new and existing clients, offering product options to ensure satisfaction.
  
• Accompany clients on-site to address questions and concerns, ensuring clear communication.
  
• Manage day-to-day client communications to maintain effective relationships.
  
• Conduct door knocking in neighborhoods and circle prospecting to generate leads and expand client base.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the landscaping industry.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for clients.
  
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
  
  Marketing and Sales Strategies:
  
  
• Utilize social media platforms and online advertising to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics and geographic areas.
  
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Terraform Construction Ltd.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
